The businesses that win aren't always the best at what they do — they're the clearest. Clear messaging, clear visuals, clear value. This audit tells you exactly where you're losing people and how to fix it.
Clarity is a competitive advantage.
At this stage of your business, every month you're operating without a clear brand strategy is a month of lost conversions, lost trust, and lost revenue. That's not a small number anymore. Do future you a solid.
The longer you wait, the more it costs you.
Most business decisions at this stage are made on instinct, advice from people who don't know your business, or metrics you're not totally sure how to read. Every recommendation in your roadmap is backed by your data — so you can move forward with confidence instead of crossing your fingers and hoping something sticks.
You can stop guessing.
The brand you built to get to this point was built for a different version of your business. What works at the beginning doesn't always scale — and the gaps that were easy to overlook when you were starting out become a lot more visible when you're trying to grow. This audit finds them before they get expensive.
What got you here won't get you there.
You know your business better than anyone, you need someone to tell you what it looks like from the outside
You're preparing for something big (a launch, getting into retail, speaking) and you want to make sure your brand has its shit together before a bunch of eyes are on it
Your business has real traction but your brand doesn't reflect where you actually are now
You're ready to seriously invest in marketing and ad spend, but you want data driving those decisions, not gut feeling
If you need implementation, send me a message.
You're not ready to make changes based on the findings. This is most valuable to people who are going to take action. If the findings would sit in a folder, the investment isn't utilized.
You just want a quick gut-check, not a deep dive. Check out the Snapshot instead.
You're a new business with little to no data, as that's what this audit is built on. If you don't have much of that info yet, you won't get the full value.
You're looking for implementation included. The Intensive gives you a fully built roadmap, not any build out.

“She has this incredible gift for making data feel less overwhelming.”
“I never realized how much I was leaving on the table until Chelsea started pulling performance reports from my website and newsletter. She has this incredible gift for making data feel less overwhelming and actually useful. She breaks it down in a way that's easy to digest and actually understand. She also helped me build out newsletter flows that just work, without me having to think about them. She's the kind of person who genuinely cares about you and your business, and it shows in everything she does.”

Your final report will land in your inbox 4 business weeks from the (week)day I receive your assessment. Here’s how that process is going to look…

What does the Intensive have that the Snapshot doesn't?
Additional data points across the brand ecosystem. It includes everything in the Snapshot + website analytics, website usability, competitor research, marketing, email analytics, social media, and a 1-hour strategy call. Plus, you'll get an in-depth Brand Alignment Roadmap, as well as an Action Plan.
What would you need from me?
Your assessment, access to your website analytics, and your social handle. The intake form will walk you through this.
Have a question that's not listed here? Shoot me a message.
Do you implement everything in the roadmap?
The Intensive itself is a strategy deliverable; I'm not designing, writing, or building anything as part of this offer. If you want help with implementation, check out my other offerings.
Is this for any kind of business?
If you sell something and have a website, this works for you. Product businesses, service providers, coaches, speakers, etc. The fundamentals of brand work applies across the board.
How long does the whole process take?
4 weeks or less from the time I receive your assessment. I'll confirm your timeline when I receive your intake.
Will this bring me traffic and sales?
The Intensive is a brand and analytics audit - it's not a traffic, lead generation, or sales strategy. But if you have people finding you and they're not converting, that’s where this comes in.
Can I only do this once?
Nope! You can do audits as frequently as you'd like - though I'd recommend spacing them out enough to give the changes time to actually take effect. Doing an audit every two months before anything has been implemented won't tell you much.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of this work, all sales are final. A significant amount of research, analysis, and preparation goes into your audit before you ever see a single deliverable.
